This is sometimes used to express an opinion that you know will be unpopular, it is used to say that opinion is your only, or that it only concerns you. You can use this expression in two ways. If the person you are talking to thinks their opinion will be unpopular, but you agree with them, you can say “no” at the beginning of the sentence.
