We have added an updated version of the training contract for training providers. This agreement sets out the terms of use of the apprenticeship service for training providers. The employer agreement is a legal contract between your organization and the Education and Skills Finance Agency (ESFA). They must accept and follow it in order to have access to state resources for the training and evaluation of apprentices.
